History.
The Calico Kittens were created in 1992 and released to the public in 1993. Priscilla Hillman is the artist who created
them, and they are an Enesco Corporation product. Priscilla is probably most known for creating the Cherished Teddies
product line.
Each Calico Kitten comes with a registration card which you can mail to the Enesco Corporation to officially register
each piece. Some collectors don't send them in though since each figurine is worth more if you have the original box and papers.

My Background.
I started collecting Calico Kittens seven years ago when I spotted my first one at a local Hallmark store. I've been
hooked ever since! I have 239 Calico Kittens so far, and I buy most of mine on-line.
